Our company was established after watching our families, friends and acquaintances. In the process of time, we noticed that more and more often, in the race of everyday life, we forget about ourselves. Just because we live longer it doesn’t mean it’s better.

Maciej Karbowiak – a graduate of the Rehabilitation Department Of Warsaw Academy of Physical Education, post-graduate studies of medical law at the University of Warsaw and a doctoral student at SGH in the field of Risk Management.
He has many years of experience in the restructuring of medical entities. The president of the management board of the brokerage company Tamal sp. z o.o. for 15 years.
Member of the General Council of the Polish Federation of Hospitals.
Cyprian Kostewicz – a graduate of the Rehabilitation Department Of Warsaw Academy of Physical Education, post-graduate management and marketing studies at SGH and ICAN Institute.
He has 25 years of experience in the FMCG, Luxury Goods, Real Estate and Automotive industries.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Our products are the answer to social diseases. These are urinary incontinence and disorders of static organs of reproductive organs, which occur in Poland in approx. 4.5 million people, the vast majority of whom are women.
After many months of cooperation with doctors and women who struggle with this problem, CIBEQ was the first Polish company to develop and introduce into production a tampon for urinary incontinence and disorders of the reproductive system under the name URITAM.

medica3K is the creator and owner of URITAM ACADEMY.
